Product Description:
The FC302P2K2T5E20H1XGCXXXSXXXXAXB is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts a fixed three-phase line supply into a modulated output that allows a connected controller to regulate induction motor speed. This capability supports controlled operation of conveyors, pumps, fans, and similar industrial loads. The drive belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and is designed for installation inside a suitable control cabinet.
The inverter delivers a continuous motor output of 2.2 kW. During operation at 380–440 V, it can supply 5.6 A to the motor terminals, while the input draws an apparent power of 3.9 kVA. Its efficiency is 0.97, and heat dissipation at full load is 88 W, which must be considered when arranging cabinet ventilation. The IP20 enclosure protects against accidental finger contact and is suitable for clean, dry indoor locations when mounted in an appropriate cabinet. The drive does not contain a brake chopper, so applications requiring dynamic braking must use external braking equipment. An integrated EMC filter helps reduce conducted electrical interference on connected circuits. Standard cable entries accommodate routine power and control wiring, while the LCP 102 local control panel provides access to operating parameters, status information, and diagnostic messages.
On the supply side, the converter draws 5.0 A across three input phases. It does not include a dedicated line disconnect, so an external isolation device is required to disconnect incoming power. The compact A2 enclosure supports side-by-side cabinet installation while conserving panel space. For motor connections, the drive supports shielded cable runs up to 150 m, while unshielded motor cables may extend to 300 m. These cable limits provide routing flexibility when motors are installed away from the control cabinet. The printed circuit board does not have a conformal coating, so the drive should be installed in an environment protected from excessive moisture, condensation, and corrosive airborne contaminants.
