Product Description:
The FC302P11KT5131Z0464H2XGXX is a Danfoss AC variable-frequency drive supplied as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts constant-frequency mains power into a modulated output, allowing PLCs to regulate induction motor speed, torque, and energy use across conveyor, fan, and pump systems. The module integrates motor control, diagnostic functions, and a Graphical LCP 102 for direct local operation. Its compact design allows the drive to serve as the primary motor-control device within automated industrial machinery.
The drive accepts a three-phase input of 380–500 VAC, allowing direct connection to common industrial power distribution networks. Within that voltage range, it draws a maximum continuous input current of 35.2 A and provides a motor output of 11 kW. The inverter supplies up to 21 A during normal operation, corresponding to an output rating of 15 hp. During transient load peaks, the drive can withstand an overload current of 33.6 A for short periods. This temporary current capacity supports the acceleration of high-inertia loads without causing unnecessary shutdowns. The applicable current limits assist with upstream breaker selection, motor matching, and thermal planning for the installation.
Thermal dissipation at full load is 291 W, and this heat must be removed through adequate enclosure airflow. The IP55 / Type 12 housing protects the internal components from dust, incidental contact, and water spray encountered in industrial settings. Conducted emissions are reduced by an integrated A2 (C3) filter, helping the drive operate within compatible electrical installations. A Class 3C2 conformal coating protects the internal printed circuit boards from moisture and airborne contaminants. Standard cable entries simplify routing through the gland plate, while the built-in Graphical LCP 102 provides local access to operating data and drive parameters without external tools. The drive does not include a brake IGBT or an additional mains option, so external braking and harmonic-mitigation components must be selected when the application requires them.
