Product Description:
The FC-302PK75T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX variable frequency drive is produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains into a modulated output for adjustable motor control. That lets PLCs regulate induction-motor speed and torque without mechanical throttling. It also gives the control system a practical way to adapt acceleration and running speed to the needs of the machine. By matching motor output more closely to process demand, the drive supports pumps, conveyors, and other automation duties where load conditions change during operation.
The drive delivers a continuous motor output of 0.75 kW, equivalent to 1.0 HP, when supplied from 380 – 500 VAC. Because it uses three-phase power, it connects directly to standard industrial networks and uses a pulse-width-modulated inverter stage to maintain torque at low speed. This operating method helps motors start smoothly, hold steady speed under varying load, and reduce unnecessary energy draw during partial-load operation. An IP20 / chassis enclosure allows mounting inside protected switchgear cabinets and relies on cabinet airflow for heat removal. Normal cabinet mounting for A, B, and C frames places the heat sink in the ventilation path, and the unit is supplied without a local control panel.
The electromagnetic profile is shaped by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, which limits conducted noise to meet typical plant EMC requirements. This helps the drive operate on shared industrial power systems with less interference carried back onto supply lines. Power and control conductors enter through standard cable glands formed in the chassis, avoiding special plate work and keeping cable entry straightforward. Control boards have a not coated finish, which is intended for clean environments. The drive uses the 302 platform identifier within the VLT AutomationDrive range.
