Product Description:
The FC-302PK75T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains power into a regulated output so automated machines can vary induction motor speed, torque, and throughput without mechanical throttling. This makes the unit suitable for cabinet installation in material-handling lines, pump stations, and general motion axes where compact drives are preferred. Its intended use centers on applications that need controlled motor operation in a compact industrial package.
The drive operates from a three-phase supply of 380–500 VAC and delivers up to 0.75 kW, which is approximately 1.0 HP. Connection to three-phase power helps balance line currents and supports stable motor operation. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, so the unit must be installed inside a protective control panel rather than in an exposed location. There is no brake chopper, so dynamic stopping energy must be absorbed by the motor or by an external resistor. Standard cable entries support typical cabinet wiring, and no local control panel is supplied with the drive.
Fieldbus communication is provided through the A-slot card PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101, allowing cyclic data exchange with a PLC or other higher-level controller. Electromagnetic interference is reduced by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, which can reduce the need for separate external filtering components in suitable installations. The circuit boards are designated not coated, so the drive should be installed in a clean, dry cabinet environment. The mains option field is empty, and the B, D, C0, and C1 option bays are unoccupied. A standard language pack is included, and the configuration leaves those option positions open for compatible accessories.
