Product Description:
The FC-302PK75T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It regulates the speed and torque of induction motors used in automated production plants, process equipment, conveyors, pumps, and other industrial machinery. The drive uses the FC 302 platform architecture and is designed for installation on conventional cabinet frames. Its open-chassis format requires placement inside a protected electrical enclosure rather than directly on the exterior of a machine.
This model provides 0.75 kW of continuous motor power, which is mechanically equivalent to 1.0 HP. It accepts a supply range of 380–500 VAC and is intended for three-phase power, allowing direct connection to compatible industrial mains. The IP20 chassis protects against accidental finger contact with hazardous internal components, but the enclosure must keep liquids, conductive dust, and debris away from the drive. Cabinet mounting on A, B, or C frames supports vertical airflow, while standard cable entries simplify cable routing through the gland plate. The drive has an uncoated printed circuit board, so it should not be installed where corrosive vapor could reach its electronics. A local control panel is not supplied, which means parameter access must be provided through a remote panel or the available communication interface. The drive also lacks a brake chopper, so an external solution must manage dynamic braking energy when the connected motor decelerates.
The A-slot contains a PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 interface for cyclic process-data exchange with compatible plant control networks. This interface allows motor commands, operating values, and diagnostic information to pass between the drive and a higher-level controller without an additional gateway. Backup control power is provided by an MCB-107 24 V DC module in the D-slot, which can keep the control electronics active during interruptions of the main supply. Conducted electrical emissions are reduced by a built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, supporting use on compatible commercial and industrial power networks. The unit does not include a mains disconnect, so supply isolation must be provided elsewhere in the electrical installation. Its configuration also omits B-option hardware and additional software extensions included with other application arrangements.
