Product Description:
The FC-302PK75T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency plant power into a regulated output so controllers can adjust motor speed and torque to match process demand. This makes it suitable for automation systems that need stable control of conveyors, pumps, fans, and other rotating equipment. Its cabinet-mounted format supports use in centralized control panels where motor regulation must be integrated with process control hardware and routine operator access.
The unit accepts a mains range of 380 – 500 VAC on a three-phase power supply. It provides a continuous rating of 0.75 kW, which is equivalent to 1.0 HP. This output level suits smaller drive tasks where smooth speed adjustment and repeatable motor response are important. The IP20 / Chassis enclosure helps protect against accidental contact with live parts when the drive is installed inside a control panel, but it does not provide dust or water sealing on its own. The drive does not include an internal brake chopper, so braking energy management must be handled by the surrounding system design.
An integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter helps limit conducted emissions when the drive operates near sensitive instrumentation. Local interaction is provided through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which displays parameters in the factory-installed standard language pack and supports direct setup changes at the drive. Mechanical installation uses the Normal cabinet mount A, B & C Frames arrangement for typical cabinet backplate mounting. The control boards are not coated, so the drive is best placed in a clean, dry enclosure. In humid or corrosive areas, added enclosure protection may be needed to protect the electronics.
