Product Description:
The FC-302PK75T5E20H1BGXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXDX variable frequency drive is manufactured by Danfoss and supplied under the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Installed inside an electrical enclosure, it modulates three-phase line power to regulate motor speed and power in conveyors, pumps, and auxiliary process machinery. Its compact inverter design is suited to fractional-kilowatt applications that require controlled acceleration, deceleration, and speed adjustment. The drive can receive operating commands from a plant controller or its local control panel.
Within the 302 platform, the drive delivers 0.75 kW of continuous electrical output, equivalent to 1.0 HP, making it suitable for small induction motors that require closed-loop speed control. It accepts line voltages from 380–500 VAC and uses three-phase power, so it connects directly to typical industrial feeders without phase conversion. An IP20 chassis enclosure protects the internal boards from accidental contact when the unit is secured behind cabinet doors. The frame supports standard cabinet mounting positions for A, B, and C mechanical sizes, while standard cable entries simplify field wiring. Its printed circuit boards are uncoated, so the surrounding cabinet must protect them from excessive moisture, dust, and airborne contaminants. Parameter access is available through the local interface and supported control connections.
Field integration is handled by the PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 option, which exchanges speed references, commands, and status words with compatible PLC networks. Local operation is provided by a Graphical Local Control Panel that displays real-time values and allows parameter adjustments. For controlled deceleration, a DC-link brake chopper diverts regenerative energy to a suitable external resistor. Conducted emissions are limited by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, supporting use in cabinets that contain multiple types of electrical equipment. A standard language pack supports local menu navigation through the control panel. Drive settings and operating data can also be accessed through the PROFIBUS network or a compatible service-tool interface.
