The FC-302PK75T5E is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It receives three-phase utility power and synthesizes a variable output that lets control systems match motor speed to real-time load demands in conveyors, pumps, and fans. A digital signal processor handles vector control routines, while built-in diagnostics supervise DC-link voltage, temperature, and switching events so the drive can be mounted in distributed panels without additional supervisory hardware.
The input section accepts a mains range of 380–500 VAC, allowing direct connection to common industrial feeders. At full load, the inverter delivers 0.75 kW of rated power, which is equivalent to 1.0 HP at the motor terminals. Frequency modulation extends to a maximum of 590 Hz, supporting high-speed spindle or blower applications that need output well above the line frequency. For demanding starts, the control algorithm supplies 160% for 60 s of rated torque so heavy inertial loads can accelerate without oversizing the motor.
