Product Description:

The FC-302PK75 is a state-of-the-art frequency converter that is well-known to industrial engineers and has been used in production and processing systems for almost half a century. The converter is one of the most reliable products of Danfoss Engineering company; it belongs to the VLT Automation Drive series. Although the FC-302PK75 has been around for decades, it still maintains its relevance in industrial systems due to its constant improvement in intelligent operation and housing protection. The efficient operation of this product is not dependent on a specific motor type; customers who purchase this converter can easily connect it to any motor design and expect an optimum and consistent result every time. This product serves as an integrated motion controller that provides high-precision scaled positioning, synchronized control, and optimum motion functionality with or without encoder feedback.

The integrated motion control provided by the FC-302PK75 product can be configured by operators with simple parameters. No special programming language, additional modules or hardware is required for the programming operation. There are special built in EMC/RFI protection components present in the FC-302PK75, this function in combination with screened motor cables to residential Category C1 to ensure low noise operation without the need for additional expensive filters as it is often the case with conventional frequency inverters.

The FC-302PK75 is compatible with PROFIBUS DP-V1, PROFINET, Device Net, Ethernet/IP, EtherCAT, POWERLINK, CANOPEN, and Modus TCP protocols. All ethernet options of the converter feature dual ports with built-in switches or HUB. In the case of unexpected errors, the converter is equipped with various sensors that record and store real-time information for 2 to 3 seconds before the error occurs. This data is stored for the last 20 events on the memory of the drive, where it can be retrieved and used for diagnosis operation.
