Product Description:
The FC-302PK55T5E20H2XXXXXXSXXXXAN is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a modulated output for controlling the speed and torque of compatible induction motors. This control method supports conveyors, pumps, and general industrial equipment without relying on mechanical throttling. Automation controllers can adjust motor operation in response to changing process demands, helping maintain stable motion and flow.
The drive accepts a line supply of 380–500 VAC and operates with three-phase power, allowing direct connection to compatible industrial mains. Its continuous mechanical output is rated at 0.75 HP, corresponding to an electrical power rating of 0.55 kW. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, so the drive should be installed inside a clean, ventilated cabinet that prevents access to energized components. Standard cabinet-mount brackets for A, B, and C frames support secure installation, while the cable entries align with conventional gland plates. The unit does not include a mains option, so suitable external switching and circuit protection must be installed as required by the electrical system. Its printed circuit boards do not have a protective coating and should be kept away from conductive dust, excessive moisture, and corrosive airborne contaminants. The model is supplied without a local control panel, although an external keypad can be added when local operation or parameter access is needed.
Field-level communication is provided by an optional EtherNet/IP MCA 121 card installed in the A slot. This interface carries drive commands, operating data, and diagnostic information over a compatible industrial Ethernet network. Line-side noise suppression is provided by an integrated RFI filter, which reduces conducted electrical interference entering the supply network. The drive has no brake chopper, so applications requiring rapid deceleration must use a suitable external braking unit and resistor. The menu uses the Standard language pack for access to operating parameters and status information. Profile field B indicates no adaptation, meaning the drive uses the normal configuration associated with this model. The series identifier 302 appears in the diagnostic information and distinguishes the drive platform from other VLT product lines.
