The FC-302PK55T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Positioned within the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group, it is installed between a three-phase power supply and an induction motor so that controllers can adjust speed and torque during conveying, pumping, or general process tasks. By converting a fixed input frequency into a variable output frequency, the unit supports energy-efficient motion profiles across industrial automation lines. Its power electronics regulate the motor output in response to control commands and changing load conditions.
The drive accepts a 380–500 VAC three-phase input, provides up to 0.55 kW of continuous power, and supports a 0.75 HP motor rating. It withstands an overload of 160% for one minute in every 10-minute period without derating. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, while an RFI Class A1/B filter limits conducted emissions. No brake chopper is installed, so regenerated energy must be managed by compatible external equipment. The chassis mounts in standard cabinets with A, B, or C frames, and the standard cable entries accommodate shielded motor leads up to 150 m long or unshielded runs up to 300 m long. Uncoated printed circuit boards support heat transfer, and the unit does not include an optional line-power accessory.
The A-slot contains a PROFIBUS DP-V1 MCA 101 interface, while the B, C0, and C1 slots are unused. Adaptation B is not applied, and a 24 V DC MCB 107 backup board preserves the drive logic. Analog feedback is delivered at 12-bit resolution, two digital outputs supply 40 mA each, and the inputs tolerate 28 V DC. Frequency commands reach 32 kHz, while encoder pulses are accepted at frequencies up to 110 kHz for high-bandwidth control loops. The drive uses the standard language pack and standard cable entries. It is supplied without an LCP keypad, and Series Identifier 302 associates the unit with the broader control platform.
