Product Description:
The FC-302PK55T5131X7333H2BGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive built by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a modulated output that allows plant controllers to regulate induction motor speed and torque. A vector-control algorithm monitors current flow in real time, helping the motor maintain steady shaft performance during rapid load changes. The unit is intended for conveyors, pumps, and HVAC fans where electronic speed control can improve energy efficiency and stabilize process flow. Its regulated output also supports applications that require controlled acceleration and deceleration instead of direct motor starting.
The incoming supply range is 380–500 VAC, accommodating many industrial low-voltage networks. The drive operates with three-phase power and connects directly to compatible three-wire distribution systems without phase conversion. The inverter delivers a continuous mechanical output of 0.55 kW, which corresponds to 0.75 HP at the motor shaft. These output values indicate the continuous motor load that the drive can support under its rated operating conditions. A Standard language pack is preloaded so the keypad can present parameter text, operating messages, and alarms in multiple common languages. This interface allows operating information to be reviewed directly at the drive without requiring a separate display device.
Electromagnetic compatibility accessories are not factory installed, as indicated by the lack of an integrated C1 filter. An external filter may therefore be required when the installation must comply with EMC Category C1. Filter selection and cable routing should account for the connected motor, cable length, and local installation requirements. The drive belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and uses the enclosure dimensions and option-card interfaces associated with that platform. It carries the series identifier 302, which allows the unit to be matched with the appropriate configuration tools and product documentation. Compatible option cards can extend communication or control functions when the application requires interfaces beyond the drive’s built-in connections.
