Product Description:
The FC-302PK37T5E20H2XGXXXX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency industrial input power into a modulated output so automation controllers can vary the speed and torque of induction motors. By supplying only the voltage and frequency required by the load, the drive supports accurate control in conveyors, pumps, and fan systems while reducing unnecessary energy use. This operating method also helps motor-driven equipment respond more smoothly to changing process demand. In many applications, that can reduce mechanical shock during startup and speed changes.
The unit accepts an input voltage range of 380 - 500 VAC, allowing direct connection to common 400 V or 480 V three-phase supplies without external transformers. It has a continuous rating of 0.37 kW, which states the amount of electrical power it can deliver to a motor under normal thermal conditions. Its input section is built for three-phase power, which helps keep line loading balanced during operation. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, so the drive should be installed inside an enclosed control panel to limit accidental contact with live parts. An integrated RFI filter helps reduce conducted electrical noise in multi-drive cabinets.
The housing uses normal cabinet mounting for A, B, and C frames, which fits standard backplates and typical airflow clearances in control enclosures. The inverter can supply up to 0.50 HP of mechanical output when paired with a matching motor, making it suitable for light-duty material-handling axes. Setup and diagnostics are handled through a graphical local control panel that displays parameters, status words, and alarms. The local display also gives direct access to operating data and fault messages at the drive. Internal circuit boards are not coated, so the unit is better suited to clean, dry locations. With Adaptation B set to no adaptation and no optional line module installed, the drive is provided in a baseline configuration that uses standard cable entries for straightforward wiring.
