Product Description:
The FC-302PK37T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXALBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Within an automation cell, it regulates the electrical frequency supplied to an induction motor so that equipment can operate at the speed required by the process. This variable-speed control is suitable for conveyors, pumps, fans, and other machinery that would otherwise run at a fixed rate. The unit is intended for cabinet installations that use normal A, B, or C frames and provide suitable protection from moisture, dust, and accidental contact.
The accepted mains voltage is 380–500 VAC, and the drive provides a continuous mechanical output of 0.37 kW (0.50 HP) at the motor shaft. The power section uses three-phase input power, allowing direct connection to common industrial supply systems without an external phase converter. Its IP20 chassis enclosure permits airflow through the drive but requires installation inside a clean, dry electrical cabinet. The drive has no brake chopper, so applications with significant regenerative energy require a suitable external braking arrangement or another method of managing returned energy. Cable routing and cabinet ventilation must maintain the clearances required for effective cooling during continuous operation.
Network communication is provided by a PROFINET MCA 120 interface, which supports cyclic Ethernet data exchange with compatible PLCs and automation controllers. The internal filter meets RFI Class A1/B (C1) conducted-emission limits for installations that require category C1 compliance. The control circuit board is uncoated, so humidity, condensation, conductive dust, and airborne contaminants must remain within the permitted operating conditions. Adaptation modules and mains reactors are not included with this configuration, so any required external line conditioning must be selected separately. A local control panel is also not included, making the drive suitable for cabinet-mounted operation through remote commands and network communication.
