Product Description:
The FC-302PK37T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXA6BXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It regulates the voltage and frequency supplied to an induction motor, allowing closed-loop speed or torque control without mechanical throttling. The drive can coordinate pumps, fans, and conveyors in response to commands from a PLC or another automation controller. Its chassis format supports installation inside a standard control cabinet, where the surrounding enclosure provides protection and appropriate airflow.
The inverter delivers up to 0.37 kW of continuous electrical output for low-power motor applications. It accepts a utility supply ranging from 380–500 VAC through a three-phase power connection, making it compatible with common industrial mains systems. The IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental contact with internal components but requires a cabinet for additional protection from dust and moisture. Standard cabinet-mounted A, B, and C frames are supported, allowing the drive to fit several established panel arrangements. The unit has no brake chopper, so an external method must manage regenerative energy when the connected motor requires rapid deceleration. An internal RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter reduces conducted electrical interference on the supply line. Standard cable entries support organized routing through the cabinet gland plate without requiring a specialized entry arrangement.
The A-slot contains a CANopen MCA 105 communication module, which connects the drive to compatible fieldbus networks for command, status, and diagnostic data exchange. Field B uses the base configuration without an adaptation, leaving the primary hardware arrangement unchanged. The circuit boards are uncoated and are intended for installation where the cabinet air remains clean and controlled. Option slots B, C0, C1, and D are not populated, and the software expansion is also omitted. No dedicated mains option is installed, allowing the drive to connect directly to a compatible supply with the required upstream protection. An LCP handheld keypad is not included, while the standard language package provides multilingual parameter text for use through supported control interfaces and drive software.
