Product Description:
The FC-302PK37T5E20H1XGCXXXSXXXXALBX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains into a modulated three-phase output so PLCs can regulate induction motor speed in conveyors, pumps, and material-handling stations. Within an automation cell, the unit mounts on standard cabinet frames and links the plant supply to small motors that need precise speed control. This arrangement supports steady motor operation in applications where compact installation and consistent speed adjustment are important.
It supplies up to 0.37 kW of continuous power, which corresponds to 0.50 HP for small-drive motor applications. The input section accepts 380 – 500 VAC from a three-phase network and passes it through IGBT switching to the motor terminals. Protection is rated at IP20 / Chassis, so the drive must be installed inside an enclosure that provides additional shielding from accidental contact and airborne debris. The cabinet-mount format aligns the heat sink with vertical airflow, and the standard cable entries simplify wiring. The drive operates on three-phase power only, and no mains option module is fitted, which keeps the unit within the standard series footprint.
The control layer is equipped with a PROFINET MCA 120 interface for direct Ethernet connectivity, while Adaptation B remains set to no adaptation and no B-option board is installed. Operators interact through a Graphical Local Control Panel, which provides menu-based access to operating data and setup functions from the front of the unit. The drive uses the Latest Release software version and carries the internal series identifier 302 within the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group. Printed circuit boards are Coated for added resistance to moisture and contamination inside the cabinet, while the integrated EMC stage meets RFI Class A1/B (C1) to help limit conducted emissions. A brake chopper is not included, so regenerated energy must be handled without an integrated braking stage.
