Product Description:
The FC-302P7K5T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXAXVXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a controlled output for regulating the speed and torque of induction motors used in conveyors, pumps, and general process equipment. The drive can respond to commands from a PLC or another automation controller, allowing motor operation to follow changing production demands. Its cabinet-mounted design keeps the power electronics, control connections, and associated wiring inside the electrical enclosure.
The input section accepts a mains supply range of 380–500 VAC and is designed for three-phase power. Its inverter stage provides a rated motor output of 7.5 kW, which is equivalent to approximately 10 HP. This output capacity supports variable-speed operation in medium-sized machines without requiring mechanical throttling to control process flow or motor speed. The IP20 chassis housing is intended for installation in clean indoor control panels that protect the drive from direct contact and external contaminants. Standard cable entries accommodate power, motor, and control wiring while allowing suitable strain relief to be installed at the enclosure. The integrated electromagnetic compatibility filter meets RFI Class A1/B (C1), helping limit conducted radio-frequency interference in compatible installations. Normal cabinet-mount frames A, B, and C provide the available mechanical formats for this power range. The printed circuit boards are uncoated, so the surrounding cabinet should remain free of conductive dust, excessive moisture, and corrosive airborne material. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so applications requiring dynamic braking must use an appropriate external arrangement.
The installed MCB-107 24 V DC backup board can maintain power to the control electronics during brief interruptions of the main supply. This backup allows control communication and operating data to remain available when the power section is temporarily de-energized. Local operation is provided through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which gives direct access to status information, operating commands, and adjustable parameters. The panel uses the standard language pack and presents information in a graphical format that is easier to navigate than a basic numeric display. Its cabinet-mount arrangement supports installation alongside contactors, protection devices, and other automation components while maintaining the clearances required for airflow and cable routing.
