Product Description:
The FC-302P7K5T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Within an automation line, the drive modulates the voltage and frequency supplied to an induction motor, allowing closed-loop speed and torque control for conveyors, pumps, and fans. It belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and mounts inside a standard cabinet using frame A, B, or C. This mounting arrangement makes the drive suitable for centralized motor-control panels in industrial facilities.
The unit provides a continuous output of 7.5 kW, which corresponds to 10 HP of mechanical power at the motor shaft. It accepts a mains supply of 380–500 VAC and uses three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial feeders without a transformer. The IP20 chassis enclosure is suitable for indoor cabinet installation where protection against finger contact is required. Environmental sealing must be provided by the surrounding cabinet. Standard cable entries simplify gland-plate preparation, and screws secure the drive in place rather than mounting rails. Normal cabinet airflow cools the electronics, and the uncoated printed circuit boards require an enclosure that remains free of conductive dust. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so applications that require dynamic braking must use an appropriate external arrangement.
An internal RFI filter meets RFI Class A1/B (C1) limits, reducing conducted emissions on the supply network. Local operation and setup are performed through a Graphical Local Control Panel, which provides access to operating data, parameters, and status information. Control continuity during brief power dips is supported by an MCB-107 24 V DC backup board installed in the D-option slot. The A, B, C, C0, C1, and mains expansion options are not installed. The unit uses the latest software release with the standard language pack. A Class A safe-stop arrangement provides an integrated method for disabling motor torque when the safety circuit is activated.
