Product Description:
The FC-302P7K5T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXD0 is a variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It modulates three-phase line power to regulate the speed and torque of induction motors in automated machinery and process equipment. The drive is designed for cabinet mounting with compatible A, B, and C frame formats. Its IP20 chassis is suitable for enclosed panels that provide adequate clearance and convection airflow.
The drive delivers a continuous mechanical output of 7.5 kW, which corresponds to 10 HP at the motor shaft. It accepts a line supply from 380–500 VAC on three-phase power networks, allowing connection to common industrial electrical systems without external phase conversion. The unit does not include a brake chopper, so regenerated energy from rapid deceleration must be handled by an external braking arrangement or another suitable method. Standard cable entries support routine routing of power, motor, and control conductors inside the enclosure. The printed circuit board is uncoated, making the drive appropriate for clean indoor locations where the cabinet protects the electronics from moisture, conductive dust, and corrosive contaminants.
The A-option slot contains a PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 module for deterministic communication with compatible automation controllers. Local interaction is provided through a graphical local control panel, which allows users to view operating data, adjust parameters, and access diagnostic information without separate programming equipment. Control logic and control-card memory can remain active during line-power interruptions through the D-option module, an MCB 107 24 V DC backup supply. Electromagnetic interference is reduced by a built-in filter classified as RFI Class A1/B (C1). The standard language pack supports local menu navigation, while the cable-entry hardware follows the established sizing used with the drive’s supported cabinet frames.
