Product Description:
The FC-302P4K0T5E20H1BGXXXXSXXXXANBXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Within automated systems, it converts fixed mains power into a regulated motor output. This regulated output allows connected motors to follow speed or torque commands from a PLC. The drive can improve process stability and reduce energy consumption by matching motor operation to the needs of conveyors, pumps, fans, and other industrial equipment.
The drive supplies continuous motor shaft power of 4.0 kW, which is equivalent to 5.0 HP for machinery in the 5-horsepower class. It accepts an input range of 380 – 500 VAC from a three-phase power supply. External line protection is required between the drive and the incoming electrical supply. The IP20 chassis enclosure is intended for protected cabinet mounting and allows natural airflow around the internal components. Standard cable glands provide entry points for power, motor, and control wiring, while the printed circuit boards are supplied without a protective coating. A graphical local control panel provides access to operating values and adjustable parameters through the standard language pack.
Network integration is provided by the optional EtherNet/IP MCA 121 module, which supports high-speed command and status exchange with compatible industrial controllers. This interface allows motor commands, process references, operating data, and diagnostic information to travel over the automation network without a separate communication gateway. Dynamic braking is controlled by the internal brake chopper, which directs regenerative energy toward a compatible braking resistor when the motor decelerates. The MCB-107 24 V DC backup board supports operation of the control electronics during short interruptions of the main power supply, helping the drive retain communication and control functions. A built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter reduces conducted electromagnetic interference on the supply connection and supports installation in environments that require this emissions category.
