Product Description:
The FC-302P45KT6131G2344HXXGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss and supplied under the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The drive converts fixed-frequency mains power into a variable-frequency output for controlled motor operation. This adjustable output allows control systems to regulate the speed and torque of induction motors used in conveyors, pumps, and other motion axes. Electronic control also allows process output to be adjusted without relying on mechanical throttling.
The power section is designed for three-phase power, and its inverter can deliver up to 45 kW of continuous electrical power. This capacity corresponds to a motor output rating of 60 HP when the drive is paired with suitable equipment. Cables enter through the enclosure’s standard gland plate, so the installation does not require special cable-entry knockouts. The operator interface includes a standard language pack that supports commonly used European languages and English. Its parameter menus provide access to operating settings, motor controls, status information, and diagnostic messages through the local interface.
The software configuration has no adaptation, meaning that no application-specific option files are installed at the factory. The complete parameter map therefore remains available for application tuning and control adjustments. The C1 filter position has no C1 option, so external radio-frequency interference measures are required when Category C1 operation is mandatory. The device uses the series code 302 and reports to the network as part of the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group. This network identity allows compatible supervisory software to recognize the drive’s supported object model and exchange operating commands, status values, and diagnostic information.
