Product Description:
The FC-302P3K0T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXXA0BXCXXXX is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency mains power into a regulated output, allowing a connected motor to operate at the speed and torque requested by the control system. This variable-speed operation supports conveyors, pumps, fans, and other motor-driven equipment with changing load requirements. The chassis is intended for installation in an automation cabinet, where its mounting arrangement supports an organized panel layout. Motor control and monitoring functions are integrated into the drive, reducing the need for separate speed-regulation components.
The drive provides a continuous mechanical output of 3.0 kW, which corresponds to 4.0 HP at the motor shaft. It accepts an input supply range of 380–500 VAC with three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial power systems within that voltage range. The enclosure has an IP20 chassis rating, which protects against accidental finger contact with hazardous internal components but does not provide protection from water. Installation inside a suitable protective cabinet is therefore required. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so an external braking solution is necessary when an application produces substantial regenerative energy during rapid deceleration. Its printed circuit boards are uncoated, making a clean, dry installation environment important for limiting exposure to corrosive vapors and excessive moisture.
An integrated filter meets RFI Class A1/B (C1), helping reduce conducted electromagnetic interference between the drive, power supply, and connected motor. Local setup and status monitoring are available through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which presents parameters and operating information on a readable display. A standard language pack provides multilingual menus for local interaction. Cable routing uses standard metric gland entries, allowing power, motor, and control wiring to enter through compatible cabinet fittings. The input side does not include a mains disconnect, so supply isolation must be provided separately as part of the installation. The C-option software is not installed, and the C1-option hardware slot remains unused for optional expansion. The drive uses the 302 series identifier for compatibility with the corresponding Danfoss control platform and parameter structure.
