Product Description:
The FC-302P3K0T5E20H1BXXXXXSXXXXA0BXC4XXXD0 adjustable-frequency drive is produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. As an AC inverter, it regulates motor speed and torque for conveyors, pumps, and other process equipment that requires controlled acceleration and steady operation. The unit supports standard cabinet mounting arrangements for A, B, and C frames, allowing it to fit conventional industrial control panels. Its printed circuit boards are not coated, so the drive is intended for clean indoor cabinets that protect the electronics from moisture, conductive dust, and corrosive airborne contaminants.
The drive provides a continuous motor output of 3.0 kW, which corresponds to 4.0 HP for small and medium loads that require precise speed regulation. It accepts an input voltage of 380–500 VAC from a three-phase power supply, eliminating the need for external phase-conversion equipment. An integrated brake chopper controls regenerative braking by directing returned energy to a compatible braking resistor during deceleration. The IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental contact with hazardous internal components while allowing installation inside a suitable cabinet. Standard cable entries simplify the routing of mains, motor, and control wiring through the enclosure. The drive does not include an adaptation module, mains input reactors, or an installed software option in the associated expansion positions.
The A-option slot contains a PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 interface, which exchanges cyclic control data, operating status, and diagnostic information with a compatible PLC. Synchronized positioning functions are supported by the MCO-305 SyncPos motion option, allowing coordinated motion commands to be processed within the drive system. Conducted electrical interference is reduced by the built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, which supports operation on supply networks that require controlled emissions. The D-option bay contains an MCB-107 24 V DC backup module, allowing the control electronics to remain active when the main power supply is interrupted. The front panel does not include an LCP keypad, so operating parameters and status information must be accessed through a remote control interface or connected automation network. The standard language package is installed, and the C1 expansion slot remains vacant for this configuration.
