Product Description:
The FC-302P30KT5131B5903H2BGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It functions as a pulse-width-modulated inverter that regulates the speed and torque of standard induction motors used in conveyors, pumps, and similar process equipment. The drive adjusts its output frequency in response to control commands, allowing connected machinery to accelerate and decelerate smoothly. Variable-speed operation can also reduce unnecessary motor energy consumption when an application does not require continuous full-speed operation.
The inverter has a continuous motor output rating of 30 kW, corresponding to 40 HP for installations that use horsepower ratings. This output capacity supports industrial machinery that requires controlled acceleration, steady speed regulation, and responsive torque control. The input section accepts 380–500 VAC, allowing connection to compatible industrial power systems operating within that voltage range. The unit operates with three-phase power, and its rectifier draws energy from all three incoming phases before supplying the internal DC bus. Appropriate upstream circuit protection, conductor sizing, and grounding are required for safe operation. The design key 302 identifies the unit as an FC 302 model and associates it with the control functions and parameter structure used by that drive platform.
The drive is supplied with no C1 filter option. An appropriate external filtering arrangement is therefore required when category C1 electromagnetic compatibility is mandatory for the installation. Filter selection, cable routing, grounding, and enclosure practices must follow the applicable drive instructions because electromagnetic compatibility depends on the complete installation. The human-machine interface includes the Standard language pack, which provides multilingual text for common menus, operating values, alarms, and parameter entries. Users can navigate the available menu languages without uploading a separate custom language file, while the display provides access to operating status and drive settings. Control commands and status information can be viewed through the interface during setup and normal operation.
