Product Description:
The FC-302P2K2T5E20H2BXXXXXSXXXXANBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The controller modulates three-phase mains power to regulate the speed and torque of induction motors in pumps, fans, conveyors, and other automated machinery. Closed-loop control allows the drive to respond to changing loads while maintaining the commanded operating profile. Its compact configuration is intended for installation in industrial control cabinets that accommodate Danfoss A, B, or C frame components.
The drive accepts a supply voltage of 380 – 500 VAC through a three-phase power connection. It provides a nominal motor output of 2.2 kW, which corresponds to 3.0 HP. The IP20 chassis housing protects against accidental contact with hazardous internal parts but requires installation inside a suitable enclosed panel. An integrated brake chopper manages energy returned during dynamic stopping, reducing the need for a separate brake-switching device. The control board is not coated, so the installation area should have minimal exposure to moisture, conductive dust, or corrosive airborne contaminants. Standard gland plates provide cable access, while the absence of a local control panel means parameter entry and operating commands must be supplied through remote controls or a network connection.
An EtherNet/IP MCA 121 module is installed in the A option bay, providing cyclic command exchange, status monitoring, and diagnostic communication over a common industrial Ethernet network. The remaining B, C0, C1, and D option positions are empty, and no adaptation is installed in the B slot. Installation follows the normal cabinet mounting arrangement for A, B, and C frames, which supports the intended panel orientation and ventilation path. The included RFI filter reduces conducted electrical noise that could interfere with nearby equipment or travel back through the supply network. The drive does not include a mains disconnect, C-option software, or mains-side chokes, so appropriate upstream circuit protection and any required external electromagnetic compatibility components must be provided separately. The standard language pack is included, and series identifier 302 maintains compatibility with the applicable parameter structure for this drive platform.
