Product Description:
The FC-302P2K2T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. In automated plants, this controller modulates the voltage and frequency supplied to three-phase induction motors. This control provides precise regulation of motor speed and torque while reducing the need for mechanical throttling in pumps, fans, conveyors, and other driven equipment.
The inverter delivers a continuous electrical output of 2.2 kW while accepting line power between 380 and 500 VAC. Internally, it produces motor frequencies from 0 to 590 Hz, while the flux control channel operates at frequencies up to 300 Hz for vector regulation. The unit is wired for three-phase power and synchronizes with mains operating at 50/60 Hz ±5%. Output voltage tracks the input voltage up to 100% of the supply, maintaining a constant voltage-to-frequency ratio across the programmable range. The drive permits two power-up cycles per minute, which must be considered when configuring restart sequences after safety trips or power interruptions. Conducted emissions are attenuated by the integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter. The compact A2 frame is suitable for normal mounting inside a control cabinet.
An IP20 chassis enclosure protects live parts when the drive is installed inside a control panel. Standard cable entries simplify power, motor, and control cable routing through the gland plate. The drive includes PROFIBUS DP-V1 MCA 101 communication for exchanging commands, operating data, and diagnostic information with a supervisory network. The optional B, C0, C1, and D slots remain available for compatible expansion modules. The circuit boards are uncoated, and the drive uses the standard language pack. A local control panel is not mounted, so parameters can be entered through the fieldbus or with a detachable keypad. The drive does not include a braking chopper, which should be considered when selecting the stopping method for the connected load.
