Product Description:
The FC-302P2K2T5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXALBXCXXXXD0 variable frequency drive is produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It controls the speed of three-phase induction motors used in conveyors, pumps, and similar process equipment. By adjusting output frequency and voltage, it allows plant controllers to match motor torque to load demand, which can reduce mechanical stress during routine operation. It also supports stable acceleration and deceleration in applications where load conditions change throughout the process.
This drive operates on three-phase power and accepts supply lines between 380 - 500 VAC. It delivers a continuous output of 2.2 kW, equivalent to 3.0 HP, so it fits small and mid-range machinery that requires steady motor control during normal production. An IP20 chassis housing supports cabinet installation and helps protect internal components from accidental contact. Standard cable entries simplify wiring, and the printed circuit boards are not coated, which suits clean indoor cabinets. The unit has no brake chopper, adaptation module, B option, or mains option installed.
Communication can be added through the optional PROFINET MCA 120 interface, allowing Ethernet-based data exchange with higher-level control systems. If the control cabinet loses mains power, the MCB-107 24V DC backup board keeps the control electronics active long enough to retain parameter data and support an orderly response. A built-in RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter helps limit radio-frequency emissions and often removes the need for extra external filtering. Operators use the Graphical Local Control Panel to view status information, navigate menus, and adjust settings directly at the drive. The standard language pack supports multilingual operation, and no C0, C1, or software options are installed.
