Product Description:
The FC-302P2K2A2131B0409H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX AC variable frequency drive is manufactured by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency utility power into a regulated output that allows a connected motor to operate at variable speeds. This control method helps pumps, conveyors, fans, mixers, and packaging equipment respond directly to changing process demands without mechanical throttling. Fieldbus and I/O connections allow the drive to receive software commands and return operating data to a higher-level controller. Closed-loop control can regulate motor speed and process torque when the drive is paired with suitable feedback equipment.
The drive operates from a 200 to 240 VAC three-phase supply, allowing connection to compatible low-voltage industrial power systems without a transformer. Its supported motor output is rated at 2.2 kW, which corresponds to approximately 3.0 HP of mechanical shaft power. This output capacity is suitable for compact motor-driven equipment that requires controlled acceleration, deceleration, and continuous speed adjustment. Adaptation B includes no factory-installed adaptation, leaving the applicable expansion position available for a compatible application module when one is needed. Panel layouts must provide suitable cable clearances, heat dissipation, and protective devices for the drive’s power class and supply arrangement.
The drive has no C1 option, so an internal radio-frequency interference filter for that compliance category is not installed. Applications that require additional electromagnetic interference suppression can use an external RFI filter selected for the supply voltage, motor cable, and installation conditions. Menu navigation uses the Standard language pack, providing access to commonly used languages through the control interface. The VLT AutomationDrive FC platform uses a modular panel-mounted design with configurable control and communication functions. Available fieldbus or I/O modules can connect the drive to automated systems that coordinate motor operation with sensors, programmable logic controllers, and process equipment.
