Product Description:
The FC-302P22KT7E21H2BGCXXXSXXXXAXBXCXRXXD0 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency input power into a regulated output for controlling the speed and torque of induction motors. This control supports conveyors, pumps, and general industrial machinery with changing load requirements. Voltage-vector control and application-specific parameters allow the drive to match motor output closely to process demand, which can improve operating efficiency. Front-access installation makes the unit suitable for control cabinets where side access is restricted.
The drive provides up to 22 kW (30 HP) of continuous output and accepts an input voltage ranging from 525 to 690 VAC. It operates from a three-phase power supply, allowing direct connection to high-voltage industrial power systems. The enclosure has an IP21 / Type 1 rating for indoor installation in protected electrical areas. An included brake chopper manages regenerated energy during controlled motor deceleration when the drive is connected to a suitable braking resistor. Coated printed circuit boards provide additional protection against humidity, dust, and other airborne contaminants. Standard cable entries simplify conductor routing through the gland plate, while the internal thermal model helps maintain output performance under continuous load.
The A option is absent, and the B configuration has neither an adaptation nor an installed option. The C0 slot is empty, while the C1 position contains an MCB-113 extended relay card that provides additional output contacts for external control functions. Control power can be maintained during a supply interruption by the MCB-107 24 V DC backup module installed as the D option. An integrated RFI filter reduces conducted electrical interference, helping the drive meet plant electromagnetic compatibility requirements. A graphical local control panel provides direct access to operating values and parameters without requiring separate programming equipment. The drive uses internal series identifier 302 and includes a standard language pack for its user interface.
