Product Description:
The FC-302P22KT5134H8103H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The unit converts a fixed-frequency utility supply into a pulse-width-modulated output for controlling induction motor speed and torque. It is suitable for conveyors, pumps, fans, and general process equipment that require adjustable motor operation. The drive mounts inside a control cabinet and connects to control systems through the platform’s digital and analog inputs and outputs.
The inverter delivers a continuous output of 22 kW, which corresponds to approximately 30 HP of mechanical power at the motor shaft. Its input section accepts line voltages from 380–500 VAC, allowing operation on common low-voltage industrial power systems. The unit connects to a three-phase power supply, so it can operate directly from a compatible industrial grid without phase conversion. The drive has no internal Class C1 RFI filter, although external electromagnetic interference control components can be added when required by the installation. At the rated voltage, the inverter provides full output current up to its nominal switching frequency without derating. Built-in overload monitoring tracks thermal loading and helps protect the connected motor windings during demanding operating cycles. Pulse-width modulation also allows the controller to maintain stable motor performance as commanded speed and process load change.
User interaction is provided through the factory-installed keypad, which supports the Standard language pack for multilingual menu access. Within the Danfoss product structure, the drive belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC group and carries the internal platform code 302. The shared platform supports consistent menu organization, control interfaces, mounting arrangements, and communication options across compatible drives. Standard digital and analog connections allow the unit to receive speed references, operating commands, and process signals from a PLC or other control device. Its cabinet-mounted enclosure keeps the power electronics within the control panel while providing access to the keypad, control terminals, motor connections, and incoming power terminals.
