The FC-302P1K5T6134L3822HXBGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX variable-frequency drive is manufactured by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency plant power into a controlled AC output, allowing connected induction motors to operate at commanded speeds. This control is suitable for conveyors, pumps, fans, and other automated equipment that requires adjustable motor speed or torque. The drive is designed for panel mounting inside an industrial automation cabinet, where its power stage and control electronics remain protected by the surrounding enclosure.
The drive provides a continuous motor output of 1.5 kW, which corresponds to 2.0 HP. It accepts three-phase power from a 380–480 V industrial supply, allowing direct connection to common factory distribution systems within that voltage range. The configuration is supplied without a C1 option, so an appropriate external line filter is needed when Category C1 emission limits apply to the installation. Its operator interface includes a standard language pack that supports parameter navigation in several commonly used languages. The keypad provides access to motor setup menus, quick-menu shortcuts, operating values, and fault information without requiring a separate display device.
The enclosure uses standard cable entries for routing power and control conductors through compatible gland plates.
