Product Description:
The FC-302P1K5T5E20H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX variable frequency drive is built by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed mains power into a controllable output that governs induction motor speed, giving precise torque regulation in conveyors, pumps, and material-handling stations within industrial automation. The interface uses a standard language pack, so menu text remains in English.
It delivers up to 2.0 HP, which is suitable for light process drives, and its continuous electrical capacity of 1.5 kW supports the thermal load the inverter can sustain. A supply window of 380–500 VAC matches common industrial feeders, and the drive uses three-phase power so motor currents stay balanced. The IP20 / Chassis enclosure helps protect against accidental contact, but it requires installation inside an additional cabinet. Standard cable entries accept ordinary compression glands, and the cabinet-mount layout fits typical A, B, and C frame arrangements. Because the printed circuit boards are not coated, the installation area should be kept free of airborne corrosives.
Several option fields are unassigned: A Option has no selection, Adaptation B has no adaptation, and the B, C, C0, C1, and D positions are blank. The mains option is also omitted, and the brake-safe-stop circuit comes without a brake chopper, so dynamic braking is handled externally. A Graphical Local Control Panel on the front door allows parameter entry, trend viewing, and manual start or stop. The integrated RFI Filter reduces conducted emissions to support factory EMC limits. The 302 identifier marks the control platform, and Latest Release indicates the current release level for the unit.
