The FC-302P1K5T5E20H2XG is a variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. In an automation cell, this drive modulates the output frequency supplied to an induction motor so that speed and torque can be matched to real-time process demands. By converting fixed mains power to a controlled waveform, it allows conveyors, pumps, and mixers to run only as fast as the application requires, which can reduce mechanical strain and improve energy use. This type of control also helps process equipment respond more smoothly to changing production conditions instead of operating continuously at full speed.
