Product Description:
The variable frequency drive FC-302P1K1T5E20H1XXXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is produced by Danfoss and belongs to the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series within the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group. Installed in standard control cabinets, it converts fixed-frequency mains into a regulated output that trims induction-motor speed for pumps, fans, and conveyors. Normal cabinet mount supports the A, B, and C frame sizes specified for this series, allowing the unit to slide into existing panel layouts without additional brackets.
The inverter supplies up to 1.1 kW of continuous power, equivalent to 1.5 HP, and accepts utility lines in the range of 380 – 500 VAC. Operation is designed around Three Phase Power so no phase conversion is needed. An internal RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter reduces conducted emissions on both motor and supply cables. Standard cable entries simplify gland-plate preparation, and the normal cabinet mount rating keeps airflow characteristics predictable. Because the brake-safe-stop field is set to “no brake chopper,” dynamic energy must be dissipated externally. All printed circuit boards are left uncoated, the mains option is disabled, and no Local Control Panel (LCP) is fitted, so control must be handled through remote terminals.
Environmental protection is limited to IP20 / Chassis, making enclosure placement important in dusty areas. Firmware is shipped at the Latest Release level, and the boards remain Not Coated to streamline repair procedures. A Standard language pack is preloaded, while fields for A Option, B Option, C Option software, C0 Option MCO, C1 Option, D Option, and Adaptation B are all marked “No,” leaving expansion space unused.
