The FC-302P1K1T5E20H1BXXXXXSXXXXALBXCXXXXD0 is a variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed mains power into a controllable output frequency to regulate motor speed and torque in conveyors, pumps, and material-handling equipment. The drive supports precise acceleration, coordinated stopping, and networked control in industrial automation systems. Its physical design accommodates A, B, and C frame cabinet arrangements, allowing it to be integrated into a range of protected electrical panels.
The drive accepts a 380–500 VAC input from three-phase power lines. It delivers a rated mechanical output of 1.1 kW, which corresponds to 1.5 HP. An IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental contact with internal components but requires installation inside a guarded cabinet. A built-in brake chopper manages regenerated energy during controlled deceleration when used with a suitable braking resistor. The internal RFI filter meets Class A1/B (C1) emission limits, helping reduce conducted electrical interference. Normal cabinet mounting, standard cable entries, and an uncoated printed circuit board make the unit suitable for clean electrical rooms where moisture and airborne contamination are controlled.
Field connectivity is provided by the PROFINET MCA 120 module in the A-option slot, enabling direct communication with compatible PLC networks without an external gateway. The MCB-107 24 V DC backup in the D-option slot allows the control electronics to remain active during short interruptions of the main power supply. A standard language pack is installed, but the drive does not include an LCP keypad. The product carries the series identifier 302, placing it within the FC 302 platform. The unit has no integrated mains switch, so upstream power isolation must be provided separately.
