Product Description:
The FC-302P1K1T5E20H1BGCXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXD is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and fits standard A, B, or C frame cabinet mounts. This cabinet-mounted device converts three-phase input power into a modulated output that regulates induction motor speed. Its control capabilities make it suitable for conveyors, pumps, and general process equipment in industrial applications. The enclosure arrangement allows the drive to be integrated into a control cabinet with the required electrical protection and ventilation.
The drive delivers a nominal mechanical output of 1.1 kW, equivalent to 1.5 HP, and accepts an input line from 380–500 VAC. It operates with three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial feeders within the supported voltage range. An integrated brake chopper supports dynamic motor braking when commanded by the control system. The built-in RFI Class A1/B filter limits conducted electrical emissions on the input line. The protection level is IP20 / chassis, so the drive must be installed inside a suitable enclosure that prevents unintended contact and exposure to contaminants. Coated printed circuit boards resist moisture and airborne contaminants, while the standard cable entry pattern aligns with gland plates used on the designated cabinet frames.
Communication with higher-level controllers is provided through the A-slot PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 card. This interface supports data exchange between the drive and compatible automation controllers over a PROFIBUS network. Adaptation B is set to no adaptation, and the B slot is unused. The drive includes a graphical local control panel for direct parameter entry, status viewing, and local operation. Its standard language pack provides common operator languages for navigation and setup. Slots C0 and C do not contain application modules, and the C1 slot has no auxiliary interface module. No dedicated input-line option is installed, so electrical isolation must be provided by upstream switchgear within the control system.
