Product Description:
The FC-302P1K1T2131X7324H2BGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Designed for cabinet installation, the drive modulates the supplied waveform to regulate the speed of standard induction motors in conveyors, pumps, and material-handling equipment. Its integrated control algorithms maintain motor slip and reduce the high current associated with direct motor starting. Controlled acceleration also reduces mechanical stress on couplings, shafts, and connected loads during startup.
Rated at 1.1 kW, the inverter provides continuous electrical power for light-duty industrial loads. It accepts a supply of 200–240 VAC from a three-phase power line, allowing direct connection to common 230-volt plant distribution without an external transformer. The corresponding mechanical output is 1.5 HP, which supports load sizing when motor power is stated in horsepower. Because the drive has no C1 option, it does not include the internal radio-frequency filtering needed to meet C1 electromagnetic-emission limits. External filtering or another suitable mitigation method is required when the installation must comply with that emissions category.
The keypad uses the Standard language pack, providing English and a basic selection of additional languages for menus, parameters, and status messages. The internal identifier 302 places the unit within the parameter structure and mechanical platform used for compatible FC 302 drives. Motor current varies with the requested torque, helping reduce unnecessary thermal loading in the inverter and connected motor during periods of lower demand. Soft ramp-up allows process equipment to approach its commanded speed gradually rather than applying full acceleration immediately, which is useful for loads that require controlled starting behavior.
