Product Description:
The FC-302P15KT5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXD0 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss and supplied under the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The product converts fixed-frequency mains power into a regulated output that can accelerate, decelerate, or hold standard three-phase induction motors at commanded speeds. In automated lines, it enables energy-efficient motor control, synchronized motion, and soft starting for pumps, fans, and material-handling equipment. It is housed in a chassis format intended for installation inside electrical cabinets.
It accepts a mains window of 380-500 VAC, so it suits 400 V class networks. At full load, the inverter delivers 15 kW, which is equivalent to 20 HP. The power section is designed for three-phase power, which promotes balanced current draw. An enclosure grade of IP20 / Chassis means live parts are finger-safe, but the drive must be installed inside a closed cabinet. Standard A-, B-, and C-frame mounting simplifies panel integration, while the uncoated printed circuit boards require a clean, dry enclosure and no internal brake chopper is present for fast deceleration.
Field connectivity is expanded by the A-option card PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101, which provides cyclic data exchange with PLCs over a widely used 12 Mbit/s fieldbus. For control continuity during power dips, the D-option module MCB-107 24V DC backup maintains the logic supply, allowing the drive to keep parameter memory and communication active. The user interacts through a Graphical Local Control Panel, which provides plain-text menus and trend readouts for operation and adjustment. An integrated EMI network labeled RFI Class A1/B (C1) attenuates conducted noise so the installation can meet residential and light-industrial emission limits. Standard cable entries are provided, and no additional mains option is installed.
