Product Description:
The FC-302P11KT5E20H1XGXXXXSXXXXA0BXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It regulates motor speed by varying the output frequency and voltage supplied to compatible AC motors. This control allows conveyors, pumps, mixers, and other automated equipment to follow changing load requirements instead of operating continuously at line speed. The drive can also coordinate acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state operation through commands received from a local control panel or an industrial control network.
The drive provides a continuous output of 11 kW, equivalent to 15 HP, for connected motor loads. It accepts an input supply ranging from 380 to 500 VAC and operates with three-phase power. An IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental contact with hazardous internal parts while allowing installation inside a suitable control cabinet. Standard cable entries provide routing paths for incoming power and outgoing motor conductors. The drive does not include a brake chopper, so it cannot control an external braking resistor for dissipating regenerated energy. Its printed circuit boards do not have a conformal coating, making the unit appropriate for installations where cabinet humidity and airborne contamination remain controlled.
Fieldbus communication is provided through the PROFIBUS DP V1 MCA 101 interface installed in the A-option position. This interface allows the drive to exchange speed setpoints, operating commands, status information, and diagnostic data with a compatible PLC. Local operation is available through the Graphical Local Control Panel, which connects at the front of the drive and displays operating values, parameters, alarms, and bus information. Conducted electrical emissions are reduced by an installed RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, supporting operation in industrial systems that require electromagnetic interference control. The standard cable arrangement keeps power wiring separate from low-level control and communication connections. Front access to the display and control terminals allows operating values to be reviewed without removing the drive from its cabinet mounting position.
