Product Description:
The FC-302P11KT5E20H1BNXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is a variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It modulates line frequency and voltage to control asynchronous motors used in manufacturing cells, material-handling lines, and HVAC systems. This regulation allows each motor to operate at the speed and torque required by the process. The drive can therefore accommodate changing operating demands without relying on mechanical speed-control equipment.
The unit delivers 15 HP, equivalent to 11 kW of electrical output, when supplied from a 380–500 VAC network. It connects to three-phase power, eliminating the need for phase-conversion hardware. An integrated brake chopper handles regenerative energy produced during rapid deceleration. Standard A, B, and C frame configurations support cabinet mounting, while conventional cable entries accommodate common gland plates. The drive belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and carries the internal series identifier 302. Its printed circuit boards are not coated, so the unit should be installed in a clean electrical room or a suitable protective cabinet. The incoming power section remains in its base form because the drive does not include a mains option module.
The IP20 chassis enclosure protects against accidental finger contact with live parts but requires installation inside a ventilated panel. Conducted emissions are reduced by an integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter on the line side. Parameters are adjusted through the numerical local control panel, which displays operator prompts from the standard language pack. The installed firmware uses the latest release available for compatibility with current PC tools. Option A, B, C, D, C0, and C1 modules are not installed, and the C-option software slot is empty. Adaptation B has no adaptation applied, leaving the available expansion positions open while retaining the drive’s general-purpose speed-control functions.
