Product Description:
The FC-302N355T5136H9469H2BGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is a Danfoss variable-frequency drive released under the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. In automated lines, it converts fixed three-phase mains power into a regulated waveform. The resulting waveform controls motor speed and torque without mechanical throttling. Its keypad menus, parameter map, and enclosure dimensions are consistent with other drives on the platform, supporting standardized control layouts across multiple machines.
The inverter accepts a three-phase supply between 380–500 VAC and remains functional within a supply voltage window of ±10% and a frequency window of ±5%. During operation at 380–440 V, the input line can draw up to 647 A, so upstream protection must be sized accordingly. The displacement power factor remains above 0.98, while the true power factor stays at or above 0.9 to limit the reactive load on transformers. The maximum synthesized output frequency reaches 590 Hz, and flux control is available up to 300 Hz for applications that require field weakening at high speed. Electromagnetic performance complies with EN/IEC 61800-3 Category 3 and the emission limits of EN 55011 Class A2. The drive does not have an internal C1 filter. The standard language pack provides multilingual interface text.
The brake chopper activates at 810 V DC, while a high-voltage warning occurs at 828 V DC and an overvoltage alarm latches at 855 V DC. Mains imbalance must not exceed 3.0% to prevent unequal phase loading. Shielded motor leads can extend to 150 m, while unshielded motor leads can extend to 300 m for installations requiring longer cable routes. Only one power-up is permitted every two minutes to avoid excessive inrush stress on the DC link. The drive supports shield integrity monitoring and includes standard EMC grounding hardware. These monitoring and grounding features help control electrical interference when the drive is connected to long motor cables in industrial installations.
