Product Description:
The FC-302N200T5134F0316H2XGXXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX variable-frequency drive is manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. In an automated production line, it converts constant-frequency plant power into a modulated motor output that allows a PLC to regulate induction-motor speed and torque. Electronic speed control eliminates the need to rely solely on mechanical throttling or fixed-speed operation when process demand changes. The drive can operate conveyors, pumps, fans, and other industrial equipment used in material-handling systems, HVAC installations, and general-purpose machinery. Matching motor output to the required load can reduce unnecessary energy consumption during periods of lower process demand.
The drive accepts an input voltage range of 380–500 VAC, allowing it to operate across common industrial supply voltages within that range. It requires three-phase power for direct connection to compatible industrial mains. The rectifier converts the incoming AC supply to DC, while the DC link stabilizes the energy before the inverter produces a controlled output for the connected motor. Its 302 platform code identifies the control and mechanical platform used by this model. The keypad arrangement, parameter structure, and enclosure layout follow the corresponding FC 302 platform design. Motor speed and torque can be adjusted through control commands rather than by changing the incoming supply frequency. This arrangement supports controlled acceleration, deceleration, and steady-state operation as process requirements change.
Adaptation B uses a standard configuration without adaptation, so the drive retains its regular equipment arrangement rather than incorporating a special factory modification. The unit includes standard I/O and relay functions for connection to common control signals and external devices. It has no integrated C1 option, so installations that require C1 electromagnetic compatibility performance must use an appropriate external C1 filter. The external filter must be selected and installed according to the electrical requirements of the application and the surrounding control system. Operator interaction uses the Standard language pack, which provides the default multilingual menu set for drive setup, monitoring, and parameter adjustment. The front-panel controls allow operating values, status information, and available settings to be viewed through the installed menu system.
