Product Description:
The FC-302N160T7134G0905H2XGCXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss within the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. The unit converts fixed-frequency mains power into a variable-frequency output, allowing plant controllers to adjust induction motor speed and torque without mechanical throttling. It is intended for conveyors, pumps, and fans where variable-speed operation can reduce energy consumption and maintain process consistency. The drive can support continuous or batch operations that require controlled acceleration, deceleration, and motor speed.
The drive accepts an input range of 525–690 VAC, covering high-voltage supply networks commonly found in heavy-duty industrial facilities. It uses three-phase power, eliminating the need for external phase conversion equipment and supporting balanced loading across the incoming supply. The drive uses the FC 302 platform, which provides a consistent enclosure design and parameter structure across compatible models. Adaptation B is configured with no adaptation, so application-specific sensor boards and control macros are not factory installed. This baseline configuration allows the drive parameters and external control equipment to be selected for the intended machine. The higher-voltage input class also allows connection to compatible industrial power networks without requiring a separate low-voltage supply stage.
The drive has no C1 option, so Category C1 electromagnetic emissions requirements are not addressed by an integrated C1 accessory. An external C1 filter must be added when the installation is required to comply with Category C1 limits. Multilingual operation uses the standard language pack, which provides default character sets and menu text for the local keypad and PC configuration tools. Because C1 filtering is not built into the unit, the heat sink section does not require the additional space associated with an internal C1 filter. This arrangement supports installation in cabinets designed for the drive’s enclosure size while retaining access to its keypad and control connections.
