Product Description:
The FC-302N110T7134G0910H2XGCXXXSXXXXAXBXCXXXXDX AC variable frequency drive is part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series from Danfoss. It controls the speed and torque of three-phase induction motors used in material-handling lines, pumping stations, and process equipment. By converting fixed-frequency mains power into a variable-frequency output, the drive allows the connected motor to operate at a speed suited to the process demand. This control can reduce unnecessary energy consumption and limit mechanical stress caused by abrupt acceleration, deceleration, or continuous operation at full speed.
The input stage accepts 525 to 690 VAC, allowing direct connection to compatible industrial power systems within that voltage range. The drive requires three-phase power, and the incoming supply must be properly balanced for reliable operation. Its continuous motor output is rated at 110 kW, which corresponds to approximately 150 HP. This output capacity supports large motors used for conveyors, pumps, fans, compressors, and other demanding industrial loads. The selected Adaptation B setting indicates no adaptation, so the unit does not include a dedicated application adaptation. Its EMC filter configuration has no C1 option; installations subject to Class C1 emission limits may therefore require appropriate external filtering or other electromagnetic compatibility measures.
The enclosure is sized for cabinet mounting, where adequate airflow and the required electrical clearances must be maintained around the drive. The control architecture supports coordination with upstream PLCs through control bus options available for the platform, allowing speed references, operating commands, and status information to be exchanged with the machine controller. A standard language pack provides the default keypad and parameter text set for local operation. The keypad gives access to motor settings, operating limits, control modes, alarms, and diagnostic information without requiring a separate display device. Proper cable separation, grounding, and shielding remain important when routing motor, mains, and control wiring through the cabinet, particularly in installations where sensitive instrumentation shares the same enclosure.
