Product Description:
The FC-302N110T5E20 is an AC variable frequency drive built by Danfoss and supplied as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Intended for cabinet installation, the inverter converts fixed-frequency three-phase mains power into a modulated output that allows production equipment to adjust motor speed and torque under PLC supervision. In material-handling lines, pumps, and ventilation systems, the unit functions as the power regulator that matches electrical input to real-time load demands, improving process accuracy and limiting energy consumption.
The electrical section accepts 380–500 VAC, covering common 400 V factory networks and eliminating the need for external transformers. It is designed for three-phase power, so current is shared across the supply conductors. The drive can deliver up to 110 kW of continuous electrical power, which is suitable for mid- to high-power centrifugal equipment and other demanding machinery. This output corresponds to approximately 150 HP at the motor shaft. An IP20 chassis rating means the electronics are protected against finger contact when mounted inside a closed panel, while the cabinet provides the required dust and splash protection.
The housing supports normal cabinet mounting for A, B, and C frames, allowing compatible backplate arrangements across several frame sizes. This mounting approach keeps the chassis inside the protective panel and provides access to its electrical connections from the cabinet interior. The device belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and carries the internal series code 302. Its parameter organization is consistent across the platform, allowing the PLC and drive interface to use the expected control structure. The cabinet-mounted arrangement also keeps the drive’s wiring and control connections accessible for inspection and routine service without exposing the chassis to the surrounding operating area.
