The 137H7310 is an AC variable frequency drive produced by Danfoss in the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It converts fixed-frequency utility power into a controlled output so induction motors can accelerate, decelerate, and hold commanded speeds in conveyors, pumps, and general machine cells. A brake chopper supports rapid deceleration when the application returns energy to the drive. Communication to the control system is handled through a PROFINET MCA 120 A-option, which links the unit to PLC networks. Frame size B3 keeps the enclosure depth moderate, and an integrated RFI filter helps limit conducted emissions on the supply lines.

The drive accepts 380 – 500 VAC three-phase input power and provides a continuous motor rating of 11 kW, which is about 15 HP. Apparent power demand can reach 16.6 kVA from the mains under rated conditions. The B-slot accepts an MCB-103 resolver board for feedback, allowing the controller to process resolver signals when the application requires that interface. The D-slot can hold an MCB-107 module that maintains 24 V DC control power during supply interruptions. No mains option, software option, adaptation B, or C0 and C1 expansion is included, so the installed plug-ins remain limited to the communication, feedback, and backup power functions already noted.

The housing measures 165.0 mm in width, 249.0 mm in depth, and 399.0 mm in height, and the net mass is 10.35 kg. The chassis has an IP20 protection level, so it requires installation inside a closed control panel. Standard mounting brackets for A, B, and C frames are provided, and the cable entries use a standard arrangement that simplifies routing inside the enclosure. The printed circuit boards are not coated, and the language pack is standard. No LCP keypad is included, so local keypad operation is not available from the front of the unit.
