Product Description:
The 136Z9793 is an AC variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. As part of the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group, the unit modulates the speed of three-phase induction motors so process equipment can match torque and flow to real-time demand in automated lines and other variable-speed applications. Designed for standard control cabinets, the drive combines power electronics with configurable control functions to provide precise closed-loop regulation inside compact mechanical frames, making it suitable for installations where panel space is limited.
The drive delivers up to 11 kW of continuous output power, corresponding to 15 HP, so it can handle pumps, blowers, and material-handling machines in the midsize range. It accepts utility supplies between 380 – 500 VAC and is wired for three-phase power, allowing direct connection to common industrial feeders without transformers. A chassis protection level of IP20 means the electronics must be enclosed, and the normal cabinet-mount arrangement for A, B, and C frames maintains airflow while keeping clearances inside the panel. Standard cable entries and a coated circuit board help protect the internal electronics from moisture and dust that may be present inside the enclosure during routine industrial operation.
Conducted emissions are suppressed by the integrated RFI Class A1/B (C1) filter, and feedback precision can be added through the MCB-103 Resolver Option installed in the B slot. The A, C0, C1, and D positions remain unused, no software option is fitted in the C position, and there is no brake chopper or dedicated mains option. The control electronics use a coated PCB for added protection against moisture and dust. A standard language pack is included with the graphical local control panel, allowing on-drive parameter access and routine setup without requiring an external interface for basic adjustments.
