Product Description:
The 136Z9141 is an AC variable-frequency drive produced by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series within the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group. By modulating output frequency, this unit governs induction motor speed in automated conveyors, mixers, and material-handling cells, allowing tighter process control and lower energy demand. Electronic speed regulation also supports smoother acceleration and deceleration than fixed-speed motor operation. In process equipment, this can improve throughput consistency when line speed must be adjusted during operation.
The drive supplies up to 75 HP of mechanical output, equivalent to a continuous electrical rating of 55 kW. It accepts mains power between 380 – 500 VAC on a three-phase power network, so it matches typical industrial switchgear without autotransformers. A factory-installed graphical local control panel provides parameter entry, trend views, and fault readout, and a standard language pack is preloaded for multilingual operation. The local display can present status values and alarm information without requiring a separate external interface. Cable entries are supplied in the standard size set, and the hardware platform belongs to series identifier 302.
The electronics are protected by a coated circuit board finish, which helps extend service life in high-humidity areas. For position-feedback tasks, the optional feedback bay is populated with the MCB-103 Resolver Option, while braking energy is redirected through an integrated brake chopper to an external resistor. The drive uses the latest release software core. The A, C, C0, C1, and D option slots remain empty, mains adaptation is omitted, and adaptation B is not fitted. Open option positions leave the unit in a standard configuration for applications that do not require added modules.
