The 136X7775 is a variable frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss as part of the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. Installed in control cabinets, the unit serves as the adjustable-speed interface between the supply network and induction or synchronous motors used in conveyors, pumps, and similar automated machinery. By varying output frequency, it allows precise motor control while helping reduce energy consumption in industrial automation. Because the drive regulates motor speed instead of relying on fixed-frequency operation, it can match output more closely to the needs of the connected process. This supports smoother acceleration and speed changes during normal machine operation.

In service, the drive supplies up to 75 kW of mechanical shaft power, a continuous capability that corresponds to 100 HP for users who size equipment in imperial units. It accepts line voltages from 380–500 VAC and uses three-phase power to maintain balanced loading and lower conductor current. Protection is provided by an IP20 chassis enclosure, so the unit should be mounted inside a closed panel to limit dust exposure and accidental contact. Standard cabinet-mount brackets for A, B, and C frames are included, and the cable-entry arrangement supports orderly wiring in typical enclosures. This layout helps the drive fit common industrial panel designs used for motor control. The MCB-103 Resolver Option occupies the B slot and enables resolver feedback for applications that need motor position information. Resolver input can be useful where durable position sensing is preferred over separate external feedback hardware. A Graphical Local Control Panel provides icon-based menu navigation and allows parameter copying directly at the drive, which supports local adjustment and status review. Electromagnetic compatibility is improved by the built-in RFI Filter, and a coated PCB helps protect the electronics from moisture and airborne contaminants. This combination supports stable operation in cabinet environments where electrical noise and contamination can affect control equipment.
