Product Description:
The 136L5155 is an AC variable-frequency drive manufactured by Danfoss for the VLT FC 302 Automation Drives series. It belongs to the VLT AutomationDrive FC product group and modulates the speed of three-phase induction motors used in conveyors, mixers, and packaging lines. By converting fixed-frequency mains power into a regulated output, the unit provides closed-loop torque control that helps integrated control systems maintain process accuracy while reducing energy consumption.
Electrically, the drive accepts a supply of 380–500 VAC across three-phase power lines and can deliver up to 110 kW at the output terminals. The unit has IP20 / chassis protection, so it is intended for mounting inside a control cabinet or enclosed panel. The mechanical envelope matches normal cabinet-mount A, B, and C frames. The installed A option is PROFINET MCA 120, allowing real-time Ethernet communication with PLCs. Printed circuit boards are coated, and cable entries follow the standard pattern for the series. No brake chopper is fitted, and the B, C0, C1, D, and mains option slots are empty. The drive uses the latest software release, and language handling follows the standard pack for series identifier 302.
On the motor side, the converter can supply 150 HP of shaft power, making it suitable for heavy pumps, fans, and compressors. Position feedback is available through the optional MCB-103 Resolver Option. A front-mounted Graphical Local Control Panel provides local setup and monitoring. The panel plugs into the front cover for direct access to operating values and settings. Conducted and radiated emissions are attenuated by the integrated RFI Filter. Because the design omits a brake chopper, braking functions must be handled by external equipment when required. No adaptation module is installed in slot B, and no C-option software is loaded.
